In this Filipino car review, we take an in depth look at the outgoing 3rd generation Kia Sorento and see why it didn't make a big splash like its predecessor. The 3rd generation Sorento is styled like the Kia Sedona, or the Grand Carnival. It has softer lines that makes it look like a small minivan rather than an SUV. It may share the same platform with the Hyundai Sta fe, but it doesn't look the same. The Kia Sorento is a direct competitor to the Nissan Xtrail, the Honda CRV and the Mazda CX8. It has the same price as the Honda CR V and the Mazda CX5 Diesel, but offers more interior space.
