To my 2020 Kia Sedona,

Thank you so much for standing by us and holding up so well for nearly six years, from the COVID-19 pandemic all the way to September 5, 2026.

You were a reliable partner through tough times, especially back when I was running my business and making daily deliveries. Thanks to your spacious room, we were able to create so many unforgettable memories and pack everything we ever needed.

So many memories come to mind, but time has taken its toll. You’ve started showing your age—radiator coolant leaks, burning engine oil, and persistent check engine lights. On top of that, with gas prices rising and no more delivery work, keeping a V6 engine purely as a daily commuter has become too much of a burden.

It’s time to pass your torch to the compact and efficient 2027 Kia Seltos. Although I’ll deeply miss the spacious comfort you gave us, a smaller car is all we need now. Leaving you behind brings mixed feelings—bittersweet memories, deep gratitude, and a bit of apology for letting you go.

I hope you find a great new owner who takes good care of you, and that you keep running smoothly wherever you go.

And to our new 2027 Kia Seltos: Welcome to the family. Looking forward to many safe and happy journeys ahead!
