The Kia Carnival minivan of the fourth generation debuted last summer, and even before the full presentation, the Russian office of the brand announced that the model would reach our country, although its predecessor was not sold in Russia. Our version was announced at the end of 2020, and in February 2021 Kaliningrad Avtotor started SKD assembly. Now the full price list has been published, the start of sales is scheduled for April 14.

Recall that the "fourth" Carnival shares a platform with the latest Kia Sorento. The length of the van is 5155 mm, width - 1995 mm, height - 1750 mm, wheelbase - 3090 mm. By the way, Kia designers have come up with a separate category for the model Grand Utility Vehicle - they say, the exterior now traces the features inherent in crossovers. So the Russian representative office considers Carnival a cross-van - this is how it is indicated on the official website. However, the ground clearance of the MPV, albeit decent, but not outstanding - 182 mm.
