The All-New 2023 Niro Is Here! And It's a Perfect Car Between ICE and EV! Comes As HEV, PHEV & BEV!

Being unveiled at the Seoul Mobility Show on November 25th, 2021, just one week after the unveiling of the EV9 Concept, which showed the Korean company’s vision as a sustainable mobility solutions provider in the future. Kia’s next-generation Niro will present what the company can do now, during the transitioning period between ICE cars, and pure EV’s. And what car better fits the role than the Niro as Europe’s 2nd bestselling electrified model, responsible for making Kia the 7th top brand in Europe.
The next-generation Kia Niro is focused on improving on the esthetics, as the rather plain boxy looks of the first-generation model were considered one of the vehicle's shortcomings. The all-new Kia Niro will feature the design cues of the Habaniro concept that debuted in 2019. The crazy gullwing doors won't make it to the production, but the all-new Niro retains the concept’s sleek body lines, and the iconic contrast color D-pillar that stretches to the wheel-well. The new vehicle definitely looks younger and updated compared to the more conservative appearance of the outgoing model. This update will continue into the interior as it will adopt the futuristic Kia EV6’s interior, which seems to be the default design theme for all the new Kia models, complete with the dual 12.3 inch LCD screens, and the rotary shift by wire shifter, and the EV6 styled 2 spoke steering wheel.
