New 2022 KIA Sportage - Impressive Compact SUV!

Prices for the 2022 Kia Sportage range have surfaced on Kia Australia's website, confirming the new mid-size SUV will rise in price by an average of $2100 before on-road costs, or $3322 drive-away.

Prices now start from $34,690 drive-away for the manual Sportage S petrol (up $3400) – or $35,690 drive-away (up $3400) with an automatic – increasing to $54,990 drive-away for the GT-Line diesel, up $3200.

Similar price hikes were applied to the Sportage's twin under the skin, the Hyundai Tucson, when it went on sale locally earlier this year, priced from $34,500 before on-road costs for the cheapest automatic model.

Four variants will be offered with the new-generation Sportage range, with up to four petrol and diesel engine and transmission combinations available, and a full suite of active safety technologies standard on all versions of Kia's new mid-size SUV.

Kia Australia will offer nationwide drive-away pricing with the new Sportage, with prices in the traffic to fall at $34,690 drive-away for the cheapest S manual variant. Flagship GT-Line diesel models will cost from $54,990 once all on-road costs are included.
